Step 1.) Spray Neo Glass onto the window or glass.
Step 2.) Using a clean microfiber towel and/or window towel, wipe off the contaminants.
Step 3.) Using the clean side of the towel and/or another towel, wipe dry the surface.
Step 4.) If the window or glass has a lot of contaminants, repeat steps 1-3.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?
We try our best to get orders out as soon as possible. However, it can take between 2-3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) to process an order. During this time we pick, pack, and prepare your order for shipping.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
After we’ve shipped the order, it can take between 1-7 business days for the shipping carrier to get your package to you. On average we see orders arrive to customers in 3 to 5 business days. Once the order is shipped, you’ll be receiving a tracking number by email. Sometimes it gets lost in the spam box, so don’t forget to check!
CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER?

So, if you use a towel that has previously been used for polishing or waxing, remaining product residue is bound to leach out and smear your glass. Dedicated glass towels are your best bet, and make sure that saturated towels are replaced with fresh ones for maximum performance.
