REV Auto's Trimmable Grit Guard Insert fits perfects in the bottom of your wash bucket and serves as a washboard for the wash mitt. Its purpose is to remove dirt or contaminants from your wash mitt during the cleaning process to prevent the re-introduction of contaminants to your vehicle's paint as you continue to move onto the next panel. For the best results, rub the wash mit along the grit guard each time you dunk it for more suds.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

We try our best to get orders out as soon as possible. However, it can take between 2-3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) to process an order. During this time we pick, pack, and prepare your order for shipping.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

After we’ve shipped the order, it can take between 1-7 business days for the shipping carrier to get your package to you. On average we see orders arrive to customers in 3 to 5 business days. Once the order is shipped, you’ll be receiving a tracking number by email. Sometimes it gets lost in the spam box, so don’t forget to check!


CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed we are unable to cancel your order or make any changes. Certain exceptions can be made depending on circumstances, please email info@revautocarare.com or contact us at 802-738-0118 for any assistance you may need.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

In order to receive tracking information for your order, you must create an account. Once an order is shipped, an email is sent with the tracking information. If you’re unable to find it please send us an email at info@revautocarcare.com.



MY ORDER IS DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact Customer Service to request assistance. Any item(s) that arrives damaged will need to be reported within 5 days of delivery. We may request pictures in order to file a damage claim on your behalf. Example: a picture of the box and/or damaged item(s). Please email us at info@revautocarcare.com.
