HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

We try our best to get orders out as soon as possible. However, it can take between 2-3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) to process an order. During this time we pick, pack, and prepare your order for shipping.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

After we’ve shipped the order, it can take between 1-7 business days for the shipping carrier to get your package to you. On average we see orders arrive to customers in 3 to 5 business days. Once the order is shipped, you’ll be receiving a tracking number by email. Sometimes it gets lost in the spam box, so don’t forget to check!


CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed we are unable to cancel your order or make any changes. Certain exceptions can be made depending on circumstances, please email info@revautocarare.com or contact us at 802-738-0118 for any assistance you may need.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

In order to receive tracking information for your order, you must create an account. Once an order is shipped, an email is sent with the tracking information. If you’re unable to find it please send us an email at info@revautocarcare.com.



MY ORDER IS DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact Customer Service to request assistance. Any item(s) that arrives damaged will need to be reported within 5 days of delivery. We may request pictures in order to file a damage claim on your behalf. Example: a picture of the box and/or damaged item(s). Please email us at info@revautocarcare.com.

I’M MISSING AN ITEM/S FROM MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Any order that totals $75 or more before taxes qualifies for our free standard flat rate shipping (2-9 business days)


WHAT CARRIERS DO YOU USE TO SHIP?
